Problem Installing Premium 1.2.9 to upgrade from Standard 1.2.6 1 year, 7 months ago #1110

I have Standard 1.2.6 installed and recently purchased Premium 1.2.9 to upgrade. After uploading/installing I got several JFolder error msgs. I have attached the screenshot.

I am running on Joomla 1.5.23 and PHP version 5.3.3.
