Is PayPlans compatible with Joomla 1.7  and 2.5?

Yes, PayPlans is compatible with Joomla 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 2.5 (all versions released till date).

I have subscribed to the plan and done with the payment process but still I am not able to log into my account. Why is this so?

If, your registration is complete then, we will send you an "Activation Email" on the email-id given by you during the registration time. To access your PayPlans account you have to click on the Activation link in the email. If, there is no such email in your email account then, Please, check for the Activation Email in the Spams folder of your email account.

If, I encounter any problem then, where can I get solution?

Depending on the question, first move on to our documentation section and you may refer our blogs too. If, even then you are remain unanswered then, just post your query on support forum and our team will solve it as early as possible by considering it as a priority work.

Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium and Premium to Professional version?

Yes, you can upgrade from one plan or version to other by just paying the difference between the cost of the plans.

Can I install PayPlans component on multiple websites?

Yes, you can install the component on multiple websites but, the support will be provided only on the registered domains depending upon the plans you have subscribed.    

Why should I pay you every year when I already purchased your component?     

To gain the support and upgraded features on your subscribed Plans you have to pay us every year even if, you have already purchased our component.

Where can I get my upgrades?

After logging in click on "Account" tab and go to "My Downloads" there you can get upgraded kit. In future we will provide auto upgradation of your kit in a single click.

Can I migrate from other subscription systems to PayPlans?

Yes, Right now you can easily migrate from AEC and AmbraSubs to PayPlans. Migration from other subscription systems like OSE and RS membership is in our roadmap.

Can I still download after my subscription plan is expired?

No, you can't download the component after the expiration of the subscription plan.

Is there any scheme or discounts when I purchase a plan?

There is no such scheme yet but you can follow us on: Twitter, Facebook and PayPlans Blog. If there exists any discount then, we will surely give benefits to you.

Is there any special discount for Non-Profit Organizations ?
