How to integrate K2 with PayPlans

PayPlans has two Apps to provide Integration with K2 component.

1. K2 Category Access: Through this App, K2 Categories can be controlled according to subscribed Plans.
2. K2 User Group Access: Through this App, K2 user groups can be assigned according to subscribed Plans.
   

1. K2 Category Access

You can control access to the K2 categories according to the Plan subscribed by the user.

For example- You want K2 category "Premium" to be displayed to only those users who have subscribed with Plan1.

So for this, you have to create an K2 category Access App.

At front end, If user doesn't have Plan1 then Subscribe link will be shown to him for each item of the "Premium" K2 category. Through this link, User can subscribed with respective plan and can see the items of the "Premium" K2 category.

2. K2 UserGroup Access

You can add user to the K2 user group on the basis of the plan subscribed by the user and its subscription status.

For example- You want  to assign a user to "K2 User Group1" when he has active subscription of Plan1 and assign to "K2 User Group2 " when subscription of Plan1 is expired. Then create a K2 User Group Access App for it.

So, Whenever a user has active Subscription of Plan1 then he will be added to "K2 User Group1"  and all permissions of that group will be assign to that user. And, When Subscription has been expired then User Group of user will be replaced by "K2 User Group2" and permission will be assigned accordingly.
