Do not restrict un-subscribed users

Go To Joomla => Components => Payplans => Configuration.
Under the Settings Tab find parameter Block Non-Subscribers.
Selection No option for this parameter.
This will display currency symbol instead of name. For e.g. USD will be shown as $
